Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7.5 x 10.5 inch pan.
Spread bagel pieces evenly into the pan. Top with cheese and red onions.
In a blender, combine eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, salt, garlic powderand pepper. Blend well. Pour egg mixture over the bagels.
Sprinkle dish with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake until goldenbrown and eggs are cooked through. This should take about 25 moreminutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Store in containers for the week.
