Get the same level of nutrition interventions and accountability but a different level of communication. All communication is via email check-ins with the only live phone call being the initial assessment. If dyssynchronous communication is your thing, and you are highly motivated on your own – this might be the package for you.

  • Weekly email check-in 
  • Daily accountability nutrition and training tracker, if needed 
  • Initial 60 minute, virtual consultation 
  • Customized daily nutrition recommendations
  • Personalized meal plan, once, that meets your nutrition recommendations
