Fall 2025 Half or Full Marathon Group Nutrition Coaching

With Meghann and the support of a group, you will learn all things performance nutrition & hydration leading up to your fall marathon or half marathon in a supportive group environment. Learn what your body needs to perform it’s best – knowledge that you will benefit from for the rest of your life.

  • Weekly 1 hour live educational sessions x 10 weeks 
  • Video recordings of all live sessions
  • Weekly slides for each session
  • Featherstone Lab Consult 
  • Long Run/Race Nutrition Plan review
  • Race Nutrition Planning Guide
  • Nutrition tracking on the Featherstone Nutrition Web App, optional 
  • Access to Meghann, sports dietitian, for individual questions for the program duration + until your goal race if within 3 months of group conclusion 
  • Access to a private Slack channel for the group 
  • Weekly suggested assignments & tasks to practice performance & daily nutrition to get the most out of the program + supportive documents and resources for each week.
  • Priority scheduling for 1-on-1 consults with Meghann during & after the program (additional fee)
