With Meghann and the support of a group, you will learn all things performance nutrition & hydration leading up to your marathon or half marathon in a supportive group environment.

Includes:

  • Weekly, 1 hour live educational sessions x 10 weeks <live & recorded>
  • Copies of all class slides + other resources
  • Access to Meghann, sports dietitian, for individual questions for the program duration + until your goal race if within 3 months post 10-week program.
  • Nutrition Tracking on the NEW Featherstone Nutrition Web App, optional
  • Featherstone Lab Consult
  • Long Run/Race Nutrition Plan review
  • Race Nutrition Planning Guide
  • Access to a private Slack channel for the group
  • Weekly suggested assignments & tasks to practice performance & daily nutrition to get the most out of the program + supportive documents and resources for each week.
  • Priority access to 1-on-1 consults with Meghann during & after the program (additional fee)

  • Light on 1-on-1 coaching, nutrition tracking, and accountability

What this program is NOT:

  • 1-on-1 personalized coaching (You will be taught the sports nutrition principles & apply them yourself with group troubleshooting on weekly calls.)
  • Run coaching
